An entrepreneur with a passion for supporting R&D-driven start-ups, Paul’s expertise in the Assisted Living Retirement Housing Sector complements our global expansion. His hands-on guidance aligns the leadership team, including Aleksander Moczek and Surachet Grace, to elevate our products to market leadership, ensuring financial and operational success as we revolutionise construction safety.

Aleksander Moczek

CTO/Co-CEO

Aleksander Moczek serves as both Lead Director of Research and Development and Co-CEO at Insulating Asia, bringing over 15 years of expertise in thermal systems across Europe and Asia. With a Master’s in Electronic Engineering from Poland and an MSc in Computer Science (Software Engineering) from the UK, plus certifications in F-Gas and ODS regulations, he spearheads the innovation of our products while steering the company’s strategic vision. Supported by  Douglas Wigington for fire safety and materials quality, Aleksander ensures our R&D meets stringent global standards, driving cutting-edge fireproofing solutions under his dual leadership, complemented by Surachet Grace’s operational oversight.

Dr. Somsak Pipoppinyo

Chief Communication and Partnership Officer (CCPO)

Dr. Somsak Pipoppinyo, Chief Communication and Partnership Officer (CCPO) at Insulating Asia, brings over 40 years of distinguished leadership in sustainable development, environmental conservation, and international diplomacy across Asia-Pacific. Holding a Ph.D. in Aquatic Environment and Aquaculture Management from Auburn University, he has spearheaded senior roles at FAO-UN—including Representative to Nepal and Bhutan—and the ASEAN Secretariat, where he drafted the ASEAN Connectivity Master Plan and Regional Haze Agreement. Dr. Somsak excels in stakeholder engagement, resource mobilization (e.g., securing a USD 40 million GCF grant), and regional coordination, forging global partnerships to advance climate-resilient solutions.

Kanyarat Saenthonsin

Senior Chemist

Kanyarat Saenthonsin, a Senior Chemist with First Class Honors, spearheads the research and development of cutting-edge silica aerogel formulas at Insulating Asia. Leveraging her deep expertise in material science, she is responsible for the full R&D lifecycle—from initial concept and synthesis to advanced testing and optimization. Kanyarat’s work directly contributes to the company’s innovation, ensuring our aerogel products meet and exceed the high standards required for next-generation insulation and construction applications.

Ganyaporn Wongwaen

Chemist

Ganyaporn Wongwaen, a dedicated Chemist, plays a vital role in the research and development of silica aerogel formulas at Insulating Asia. Applying her scientific expertise, she contributes to key stages of the R&D process—from synthesis to testing and optimization. Ganyaporn’s work supports the company’s innovation efforts, ensuring our aerogel products consistently meet the rigorous standards required for modern insulation and construction applications.

Kewala Boonyajin

Project Manager

Kewala Boonyajin serves as Project Manager at Insulating Asia, overseeing the coordination and execution of our product initiatives with precision. Holding degrees in Human Resource Development from Ramkhamhaeng University and Business Economics from Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University, she manages project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, supporting our construction team. Her organisational expertise ensures the successful delivery of our products, enhancing our global impact.

Pakhwan Paksa

Office Manager

Pakhwan Paksa, Office Manager at Insulating Asia, brings a wealth of expertise and dynamic leadership to her role as Office Manager at Insulating Asia. A distinguished graduate of Bangkok University, she earned her degree in International Business Administration with Second Class Honors in three years. With extensive experience managing diverse teams, She excels in fostering collaboration, streamlining operations, and creating a positive, efficient workplace environment. Her strategic insight, coupled with her ability to navigate complex organizational demands, ensures seamless office operations and supports Insulating Asia’s commitment to excellence.
